When does the class meet?

Monday and Wednesday- 6:00 - 6:45am or 6:30 - 7:30pm

Friday- 6:00 - 6:45am

$179 Includes Nutritional guidelines, body compistion measurements, food log, accountability and goal setting Drop in only: $15/session
